SYNOPSIS
 
The story of Kailashey Kelenkari revolves around a private detective Feluda who chases a gang of smugglers in the Kailash Temple in Ellora. These smugglers steal and smuggle out the country’s valuable treasure, especially unique stone figures that adorn ancient temples of India. In the bait, he has to take up multiple disguises and also encounter many shady characters. However, he does get help from his able assistant and best friend Lalmohan Ganguly. But what happens eventually?

Ten-year-old Mukul, haunted by his past life, gets up at night and draws pictures of royalty and treasure. Dr. Hazra, a parapsychologist, decides to take him to Rajasthan to see the forts, hoping to induce a cure. But bad men follow them to get their hands on the treasure. Can Feluda protect them?

Feluda: Soumitra Chatterjee, Jatayu (the crime writer): Santosh Dutta, Topshe: Siddhartha Chatterjee

Feluda played by Soumitra , the sharp and wity detective from Calcutta , his cousin Topshe and friend Lalmohan Ganguly played by Santosh Dutta vistis Benaras , a town on the banks of Ganges. In Benaras they meet a Bengali family .On coming to know that Feluda is a famous detective the head of this family invites him to his place and shows him an Idol of Ganesha , the elephant God.

This idol is made of pure gold and is a prized possession of the family and is supposed to bring good luck to the family."Maganlal Megraj" a wealthy businessman from Benaras has his eyes set on the idol and he will use any means to grab it. Feluda promises to help the family in protecting the idol . In the meanwhile the Sculptor who was sculpting the Durga idol for the Durga Puja festval is murdered and the mystery deepens. Feluda uses his brilliant detective skills to unravel the mystery and bring the culprits to the book. Watch out for the twists in the story and the knife thrower played by Kamu Mukherjee.

Two briefcases exchanged on a train. A priceless manuscript. An ambush in a dark alley… A prosperous gentleman employs Feluda to recover his blue briefcase, which has got switched with another passenger's on the Kalka Mail. What starts out as an innocuous case soon becomes one of Feluda's most thrilling adventures. Feluda, Topshe and Jatayu set off for Simla in search of the briefcase, but there are unexpected twists and turns all the way. The hair-raising climax that unfolds on the snowy slopes of Simla throws light on a mystery that is devilishly complex.

Bombaiyer Bombete is a thriller film directed by Sandip Ray based on the story of the same name by Satyajit Ray.

Lalmohan Ganguly, alias Jatayu - a sidekick of Feluda - has been invited to Mumbai to watch the shooting of a film being made on a novel written by him. Once in Mumbai, he, along with Feluda and Topshe gets embroiled in his own story as a real character.

Although this story is written in Ray's olden times (80's), but still depicts the modern of problems of underworld influence on indian cinema.
